- Times: Early Entrance is 1:00pm / Entrance is 2:00pm. The event ends at 5:00pm
- Tickets: Every ticket will be scanned, no exceptions. Your tickets come from tickets@eventbee.com they sometimes end up in spam or junk files.
- The event is outdoors and is a Strolling event, designed for you to walk around and explore and taste. This is not a seated event. There are umbrellas and high top tables. Comfortable shoes are suggested.
- Weather: The event happens rain or shine
- What to Wear: We suggest resort chic attire. The event outdoors, primarily on pavement and grass with very little sand. It's a good idea to have a hat and sunscreen.
- Who can attend: Ticketed Guests 21 and over only. No one under the age of 21 permitted, including infants, small children, toddlers, teenagers, you get it, no exceptions.
- Transportation: Parking is limited, we encourage ride sharing, Uber and Lyft.
- No pets, no outside alcohol, No Smoking and no backpacks.
- Security: Security will check ID's for age requirements and bags. Event guests will receive an official event wristband to follow state laws.

All ticket holders agree to the following waiver: The Pacific Wine + Food Classic event is for guests 21 and more. No one under 21 will be admitted, including infants. ID’s will be checked at entrance. All attendees must have a valid photo ID.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Event Happens Rain or Shine
- All tickets are non-refundable. No exchange, no exceptions. Event schedule is subject to change without notice. The event happens rain or shine. Pacific Wine & Food Classic reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject or remove any person that is intoxicated or whose conduct is deemed unbecoming, without refund. Restaurants and food are subject to change.
- Food and Drink are included in your ticket – there are no additional fees for tasting. Food and alcohol will last as long as exhibitors have product. California law and PWFC urges all adults to drink responsibly.
- Event guests assume all risks incidental to PWFC, their agents, venues, vendors, sponsors, and employees are not liable for any resulting injuries.

DO I NEED MY TICKETS
Yes! EVERY TICKET WILL BE SCANNED. When purchasing tickets please purchase with names of the guests attending the event. Once your ticket is scanned you will receive a bracelet that is a one time use, so do not remove it.
By purchasing tickets and/or attending the Pacific Wine & Food Classic, you are consenting to the possibility of being recorded and/or photographed and allowing PWFC and it's affiliates the use of any photos and videos that may be taken at the event.

Force Majeure: If Pacific Wine & Food Classic cancels the event due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below) then Attendee shall not be refunded. For the purpose of this policy, “Force Majeure Event” means any event or circumstance arising that is beyond the reasonable control of Pacific Wine & Food (including but not limited to governmental laws, ordinances, regulations, requisitions, restrictions, guidelines, recommendations or action, imposition of sanctions, embargo, military action, acts or threats of terrorism or war, mob, civil commotion or riot, health scares, fire, flood, drought, earthquake, severe weather, disaster, and acts of God). This event takes place rain or shine.
