Terms & Conditions
Important changes from previous years: Every ticket will be scanned. No exceptions.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets may be transferred to another guest. Each ticket includes a unique barcode and can only be scanned once for entry.
Tickets will be sent from tickets@eventbee.com and may appear in spam or junk folders.
Event Format
This is not a seated event.
The Pacific Wine & Food Classic is an outdoor, strolling experience designed for guests to explore, taste, and enjoy. Umbrellas and high-top tables will be available. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Liability Waiver
By attending the Pacific Wine & Food Classic, guests voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. Guests agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, vendors, and venue from any and all liability arising from attendance.
Weather Policy
This event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. Event organizers reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary to ensure guest safety and overall experience.
What to Wear
Resort chic attire is suggested. The event is outdoors, primarily on pavement and grass with some sand. A hat and sunscreen are recommended.
Who Can Attend
This is a 21+ event. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted, including infants, small children, toddlers, or teenagers—no exceptions.
Transportation
Parking is limited. We strongly encourage ridesharing via Uber or Lyft.
Event Policies

Security will check IDs for age verification and inspect bags. All guests will receive an official event wristband in accordance with state laws.

The Pacific Wine & Food Classic is for guests 21 and over only. Valid photo ID is required for entry. IDs will be checked at the entrance.
Do I Need My Tickets?
Yes. Every ticket will be scanned.
Please purchase tickets under the names of attending guests. Once your ticket is scanned, you will receive a wristband. Wristbands are single-use only and should not be removed.
Force Majeure
If the Pacific Wine & Food Classic is canceled due to a Force Majeure Event, attendees will not be refunded. A “Force Majeure Event” includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Pacific Wine & Food Classic, including but not limited to governmental actions, regulations, or restrictions; sanctions; embargo; military action; acts or threats of terrorism or war; civil unrest; health-related events; fire; flood; drought; earthquake; severe weather; natural disasters; or other acts of God.
This event takes place rain or shine.
Photo & Video Release
By entering the Pacific Wine & Food Classic, I agree to grant to OC Restaurant Association and its authorized representatives and sponsors permission to photograph and/or video, pictures of me and my participation. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote Pacific Wine & Food Classic, OC Restaurant Association and its’ participants, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
