About the Pacific Wine + Food Classic

Terms & Conditions - Important changes from previous years.

Every ticket will be scanned, no exceptions. 

These policies and conditions contain legal obligations

All ticket holders agree to the following waiver: The Pacific Wine + Food Classic event is for guests 21 and more. No one under 21 will be admitted, including infants. ID’s will be checked at entrance. All attendees must have a valid photo ID. The event is strictly a NO SMOKING event.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  -  Event Happens Rain or Shine

• All tickets are non-refundable. No exchange, no exceptions. Event schedule is subject to change without notice. The event happens rain or shine.  Pacific Wine & Food Classic reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject or remove any person that is intoxicated or whose conduct is deemed unbecoming, without refund. Restaurants and food are subject to change.
• Food and Drink are included in your ticket – there are no additional fees for tasting. Food and alcohol will last as long as exhibitors have product. California law and PWFC urges all adults to drink responsibly. 
• Event guests assume all risks incidental to PWFC, their agents, venues, vendors, sponsors, and employees are not liable for any resulting injuries.

THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT: This is a strolling/walking event. The event is outdoors and designed for you to stroll, taste and enjoy. Comfortable shoes are suggested.  

DO I NEED MY TICKETS

Yes! EVERY TICKET WILL BE SCANNED. When purchasing tickets please purchase with names of the guests attending the event.  Once your ticket is scanned you will receive a bracelet that is a one time use, so do not remove it.

By purchasing tickets and/or attending the Pacific Wine & Food Classic, you are consenting to the possibility of being recorded and/or photographed and allowing PWFC and it's affiliates the use of any photos and videos that may be taken at the event.

Food and Drink are included in your ticket – there are no additional fees for tastings. Food and alcohol will last as long as exhibitors have product.  California law and PWFC urges all adults to drink responsibly. Event guests assume all risks incidental to PWFC, their agents, venues, vendors, sponsors, and employees are not liable for any resulting injuries. 

No Backpacks, Pets, Smoking or Chairs are permitted, security will check ID's and bags.​

The 2024 Pacific Wine & Food Classic takes place at the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort, 1131 Back Bay Drive, Newport Beach, Ca 92660

Force Majeure: If Pacific Wine & Food Classic cancels the event due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below) then Attendee shall not be refunded. For the purpose of this policy, “Force Majeure Event” means any event or circumstance arising that is beyond the reasonable control of Pacific Wine & Food (including but not limited to governmental laws, ordinances, regulations, requisitions, restrictions, guidelines, recommendations or action, imposition of sanctions, embargo, military action, acts or threats of terrorism or war, mob, civil commotion or riot, health scares, fire, flood, drought, earthquake, severe weather, disaster, and acts of God). This event takes place rain or shine.
